November 12 According to Japanese media reports, the Japanese national team is preparing for the two games of the Kirin Challenge Cup and conducted the third day of training in Chiba City on the 12th.

In the first two days, the team focused on group training to restore physical fitness. On that day, 25 players participated in the full training. Most of the training is conducted indoors, marking the team's formal preparations for the game against Ghana at Toyota Stadium on the 14th. Midfielder Daichi Kamada conducted a separate indoor training session due to fatigue.

The training was open to the media for about 15 minutes at the beginning. All 25 players except Kamada Daichi participated in the collective training. Goalkeepers Reio Okubo (St.-Truden) and Daishi Nozawa (Antwerp) returned on the 11th, defenders Akigo Taniguchi (St.-Truden), Itakura Hōji (Ajax), Tsuyoshi Watanabe (Feyenoord), and Junnosuke Suzuki (Copenhagen), midfielders Endo Hang (Liverpool), Ritsu Don'an (Eintracht Frankfurt), and Aoi Tanaka ( Sixteen players including Leeds United), Kaishu Sano (Mainz), Joe Fujita (St. Pauli), Sata Kitano (Red Bull Salzburg), forwards Koki Ogawa (Nijmegen), Dairan Maeda (Celtic), Kiryo Ueda (Feyenoord), and Keisuke Goto (St. Trueden) joined the team that day and conducted warm-up activities.

According to a spokesman for the Japan Football Association, Kamada Daichi received a different training plan, not because of injury, but because of his fatigue. While at the club, he participated in consecutive Premier League, UEFA Europa League and domestic cup matches, and still participated in two official games after leaving the field injured in the game against Brentford on November 1. The coaching staff is expected to make a decision on whether to use him based on his physical condition.

The team will travel to Aichi Prefecture on the 13th for the last day of training and official press conference at Toyota Stadium, the competition venue, to make final preparations for the game against Ghana on the 14th.
