Jokic is currently in the third year of a super top salary contract, and if the contract renewal is renewed next year, he is expected to receive a larger contract of more than $300 million.

He also emphasized that Jokic's loyalty has never wavered: "Whether it is the change of coaches at the last minute, the turbulent lineup, the loss of core players due to luxury tax issues, or the sack of general manager Booth at the end of the season, there has never been any sign that Jokic wants to leave the team," Zach Lowe added.
