Hupu News, November 26th: After tonight’s Champions League game, the Champions League standings have also ushered in changes before this round is over.

The undefeated Bayern Munich, Arsenal and Inter Milan who have yet to play are still among the top three in the standings;

After losing 0-2 to Bayer Leverkusen in this round, Manchester City failed to go further. They have also been surpassed by Chelsea, also from the Premier League, with a goal difference advantage.

The losses in this round have also pushed Newcastle and Galatasaray further and further away from the top eight positions in the standings. Leverkusen has temporarily ranked in the top half after winning a key victory. Near the promotion line, Marseille, Juventus, and San Giros United have all won very crucial victories in this round. The three teams currently have 6 points.

After failing to win in this round, Athletic Bilbao's qualifying situation is no longer optimistic. Their opponents in the last three rounds are Paris (home), Atalanta (away), and Sporting CP (home). Villarreal, also from La Liga, had a disastrous record of 1 draw and 4 losses in the first 5 rounds, and has basically been eliminated.

Benfica retains the hope of qualifying after defeating Ajax in this round. They cannot afford to lose in the next round against Naples.
