May 31 ESPN reported that Riyadh Crescent is considering introducing Manchester United midfielder B fee, hoping that he can join in the next two weeks to participate in the upcoming Club World Cup in the United States.

The Saudi team is eager to sign a big name player before the game starts next month. Previously, New Moon had negotiated with Liverpool striker Salah, but eventually Salah renewed his contract with Premier League champion Liverpool, causing New Moon to turn his attention to other goals, including Manchester United captain B Fee. Although Old Trafford's management and head coach Amorin insisted that the Portuguese international was a non-selling item, sources told ESPN that the traders of Crescent and Saudi Arabia believed that Manchester United could accept a huge offer to sell the 30-year-old.

United to qualify for next season's European competition, Manchester United's financial situation has been affected. The club is already struggling to comply with profit and sustainability rules, with joint shareholder Sir Ratcliff already implementing a series of cost-cutting measures and massive layoffs, with Manchester United still having funds available this summer and has agreed to trigger a £62.5 million termination clause in Wolves striker Cunha’s contract.

Losing B fees is a blow to Amorin, but if a substantial transfer fee is received, it could be as high as £100 million, which would provide the Portuguese coach with more flexibility to reorganize the team. In addition, Amorin missed the opportunity to sign Drapp from Ipswich town. Manchester United agreed to trigger the striker's £30m termination clause and meet his salary requirements, but Drapp, 22, chose to join Chelsea because the Blues were able to compete in the Champions League.
