Levi takes action? Mirror: Tottenham will give Frank a large transfer budget, targeting Mbemo & Semeno

According to the British media Mirror on June 14, after appointing Frank as the new coach, Tottenham Hotspur gave him a large transfer budget, and there are two primary goals, Semenho and Mbemo.

Tottenham has hired Frank to replace the fired Postkoglu. Tottenham will report that it will allocate large amounts of funds this summer for Frank to rebuild the team. In a statement, Inelis said: "Inelis Automobile has become a partner of Tottenham since 2022, and this partnership expands the partnership agreement established by Inelis Group with the club since 2020. We have the legal right to terminate the cooperation contract and exercised the right in December 2024."
