Spanish media: Real Madrid wants to follow Hazard s model and terminate the contract with Alaba and raise funds to target Liverpool s central defender Connaet

According to the Spanish media "defensacentral", Real Madrid is planning to deal with Alaba's contract issue with a "Hazar-style termination". The

club plans to pay 50% of the remaining contract amount of the Austrian central defender (about €5 million, equivalent to €10 million before tax) in exchange for early termination of the contract and restoring its free self. If this operation is achieved, Real Madrid will save more than 15 million euros in salary space and free up funds for summer signings.

It is reported that Real Madrid has promised Alonso that if Alaba successfully terminates the contract, they will pursue Liverpool central defender Conat. Connat, 24, has only one year left in the contract with the Reds, and Real Madrid intends to use its contract year initiative to start negotiations.
