September 16th, this weekend, the Premier League will usher in the fifth round of competition. At present, the Premier League has announced the original referee arrangements. Darren England will enforce the Merseyside derby, Peter Banks will enforce the law on Manchester United vs. Chelsea, and Stuart Atwell enforce the law on Arsenal vs. Manchester City.
