According to NBC Sports reporter Kurt Helin, various signs indicate that if Bradley Bill becomes a free agent after being bought out by the Suns, he will complete the signing with the Clippers.

According to league sources to NBC Sports, the Los Angeles Clippers sent Norman Powell away through a trade, Powell is the type of wing player who can shoot and control the ball.

The Clippers need such a player around James Harden, and this move (trading Powell for Collins) is regarded as a prelude to the Clippers' signing of Bradley Bill.

Last season's regular season, Bill played 53 games, averaging 17.0 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game, shooting percentage of 49.7% and three-point shooting percentage of 38.6%.

The Clippers are below the hard salary cap (first tycoon line) after trading, and a 5.3 million middle-class special case is available.
