Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta is about to lose a key member of his coaching team. According to multiple reports, his chief assistant coach Carlos Questa is close to leaving Arsenal to accept the coaching challenge of Serie A promoted Parma Club.

Questa, 29, has joined the coaching staff since Arteta's first summer window in coaching Arsenal in August 2020. So far, he has assisted the Spanish coach for four seasons and has played 261 games together. It is reported that Questa is eager to meet new challenges and has the opportunity to take charge of Parma. Fabrizio Romano, a well-known transfer reporter, revealed that Parma and Arsenal have entered the final stage of termination of Questa's contract. If the transaction is completed successfully, Questa, who will turn 30 next month, will become Parma's new head coach.
