Bayern Supervisory Board is dissatisfied with Ebert and says Frick/Korman/Alfonso is his own actions

Hupu September 10th, Christian Falk, editor-in-chief of German Media Photos, leads the author of the exclusive Bayern Weekly.

(too many things, they are still published in segments, but they will follow the context of his article)

[Must board] Heness personally called Waltermad; he was very proud of the live broadcast last weekend. In the second part of the article, the photo newspaper mentioned that although Eber signed Olise and hired Kompany, Eber's work was also criticized. For example, he did not always attend important meetings:

When discussing Thomas Tuchel's future in May 2024, Eber missed the meeting between the head coach and Tuchel's agent Olaf Mekin for a private date, but participated in the meeting via mobile phone.

Ebel is said to have also missed negotiations with Nico Williams, one of the summer target players, whom he was not allowed to attend: his car was said to have failed to attend.

During the Club World Cup, he had to fly back to Munich from the United States and then return, which may be interpreted as a clear criticism of his working style. In addition, Eber's public appearance has repeatedly disappointed.

Thomas Mueller was almost promised to receive a new contract; meanwhile, Eber suddenly described Walter Mad's last name as "strange" and ruled out the possibility of signing with Nicholas Jackson shortly before the transfer window closed.

End, the player was loaned to the club for a loan fee of 16.5 million euros (3 million euros contributed by the player and agent) and an estimated salary of 14 million euros a season.

Eber met the loan request proposed by the Supervisory Board at a very high cost. Jackson will also represent Senegal in the African Cup (December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026), and was unable to play during that period. The board of directors met on August 25; on the "Board Affairs" agenda, Eber, Dresen and outgoing Chief Financial Officer Michael Didrich were forced to leave the conference room (as usual).

Although Bayern did not want to fire Eber, some controversial debates occurred during the meeting. Ebel's private actions are a recurring topic:

This began during the summer of 2024 search, when Ebel stopped contacting Hans-Flick after the first call.

It is said that Heness and Rummenigge had contact with Frick until he was ready to return, but Eber and Frick talked over the phone, and the sports director wanted to contact him again, but it was unsuccessful.

Eber's solo action continued and the contract was renewed (including Alfonso Davis/24). Kingsley Koeman's hasty sale also surprised the board of supervisors, especially Ebert said to have been unable to contact the club and the players for more than a day during this period.

Eber knew that there were obvious voices against him in the Supervisory Board. This frustrated him, but he was not considering resignation, as the media recently reported.

Not only Eber's work, but his newly established scouting department (led by 36-year-old Niels Schmattec) has also been criticized. The on-the-spot attempts of

Admora Lukeman (27) and Anthony (25) and the move of quoting Jamie Gittens (21) when he has been confirmed to join Chelsea, are not enough to show that the team's work arrangements are organized, nor are they enough to show that the transfer window is well prepared.
