Henderson said goodbye to coach Ajax: You created a miracle, not everyone understands us

May 20th Ajax lost a good game in the Eredivisie this season. They were once ahead of 9 points but then failed for four consecutive rounds. In the end, Eindhoven won the league championship with a 1-point advantage. After the season, Ajax coach Vale Oli announced his resignation.

Ajax captain Jordan Henderson said goodbye to the Italian coach on social media, writing: "I want to thank you for everything you have done for me and this team over the past 11 months. From day one, you have brought the energy, desire and passion to help this team rise again and fight again, which is absolutely a miracle.

"Not everyone outsiders appreciates and understands everything we have done to achieve our goals this season and everything we have experienced, but you have brought everyone together and fight for each other until the last moment."
