£2.37 billion, record total transfer expenditure in the Premier League summer window

Premier League clubs' total investment in the transfer market this summer reached £2.37 billion, a record high.

The previous record for total recruitment expenditure in the Premier League summer transfer window was set in 2023, at 2.36 billion pounds.
